Job Description

【Responsibilities】

CSE phone Support via escalation bases and Fly and fix support and customer meeting
Data analyze and making impovement plan and standardize such as requesting CIP.
Responsible for providing technical support to field engineers, technicians, and product support who are diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing and debugging complexelectro/mechanical/opticalequipment, computer systems and/or complex software.
Responds to situations where first-line product support has failed to isolate or fix problems in malfunctioning equipment or software.
Reports design, reliability and maintenance problems or bugs to design engineering/software engineering.
Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires an evaluation of identifiable factors. Exercises judgment within generally defined practices and policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.Will be involved in product installation and training.

【Requirements】
Expertise on optics, laser, mechanics, robotization, e-Beam tool, vacuum technology, semiconductor manufacturing, equipment install and technical support, application support.
Good English communication.

Native level of Japanese Language skill
Familiar with Microsoft Office applications, such as Excel, Powerpoint.
Experience troubleshooting, servicing, maintaining or designing vacuum, e-beam and process control equipment utilizing spectroscopic ellipsometry and other reflectometry measurement techniques.
Strong analytical skills.
Deeper understanding of each of the previous experience areas, plus:
Demonstrated ability or capability to influence engineering and drive continuous improvement.
Expertise in testing techniques and design of experiments.
Previous experience in evaluating and testing new application technologies or new product introduced.
Ability to set priorities and delegate tasks during critical situations where multiple issues must be handled simultaneously. A multi-tasker.
Demonstrated skills in conceptualizing creative technical solutions and documenting them.
Good presentation skills.
Good self-driven and time management.
Have good customer experience.
