We are seeking someone who can bring extra value and innovation to our team by driving forward-thinking solutions in areas that are in the development stages

  • Leadership: Mentor and guide analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

  • Performance Reporting: Own, manage, and optimize performance reports in multiple areas of business including finance, marketing, product, and CRM.

  • Financial modeling: Optimize financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning

  • CRM Analytics Management: Oversee the analytics side of our CRM platform, ensuring data integrity, developing insights from player data, and providing recommendations to improve player engagement and business outcomes.

  • Data Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of financial and player data to identify opportunities for cost savings, revenue growth, and operational efficiency.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with various teams, including finance, business development, strategy, marketing, and executive teams, to understand their data needs and provide tailored solutions.

  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance data accuracy, reporting efficiency, and decision-making capabilities.

  • Strategic Insights: Provide strategic recommendations to senior management based on data-driven insights, market trends, and player behavior analysis.

What we expect
  • Bachelor’s in Engineering, Finance, Economics, Data Science, or related field-Must
  • 4+ years in business/financial analysis, including 2+ years in leadership-Must
  • Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and BI tools-Must
  • Experience in financial modeling and forecasting-must
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for interpreting complex data and providing actionable insights
  • Ownership Mindset, proactive and responsible, ensuring accuracy and fostering continuous improvement in financial models.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proactively identifies and solves problems, with excellent communication skills for presenting complex information to non-technical stakeholders
Desired
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms analytics tools, player data, and segmentation - advantage
