This is a leadership role. Candidate must be able to:
- Oversee the work of staff members and ensure they meet production targets
- Plan the workflow, monitor productivity, and provide feedback to help employees grow
- Set performance goals and deadlines
Here's what you'll need
- Bachelor of Engineering or Construction Management, or equivalent years in industry experience
- 10+ years of experience managing projects
- Strong working knowledge of gas piping systems, P&IDs, PFDs, site layout and material take-offs
- Background in natural gas distribution and transmission work preferred
