The Systems and Optics (SaO) team is part of the larger Common Hardware Group (CHG). SaO designs the majority of the hardware networking platforms for Cisco (e.g. switches, routers, wireless access points, etc.). You will work across SaO and CHG as well as cross-functionally with finance, software engineering, supply chain, etc.

• Four (4) years of proven experience in Finance, Management Consulting , Product Management, Product Strategy, or Strategic Planning
• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
• Outstanding analytical and financial modeling skills; expert knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
• Stellar communication (written and verbal) and partnering skills
• This position requires the candidate to be IN OFFICE on the San Jose campus 4 days per week. Relocation assistance is not available.

• IT/Networking Industry experience is a plus
• MBA (or equivalent experience) preferred
• Experience with Tableau and/or Power BI
• Management Consulting background prefered
