As a Business Development Manager - Fire Protection here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for driving the growth and expansion of our Fire Protection business in North America. Your primary objective will be to identify and develop new business opportunities, establish strategic partnerships, and drive sales revenue. You will report directly to our Sales Director and you will work remotely out of one of the 5 Boroughs (Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, the Bronx or Staten Island) or Long Island.

In this role, you will have a significant impact on our business by driving the adoption of our integrated detect and response strategy for fire protection. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide them with tailored solutions that meet their fire safety requirements. By leveraging our cutting-edge technologies, such as the Honeywell Premier Fire Brands, Honeywell Self-Test, and Honeywell Connected Life Safety Services (CLSS), you will ensure that our customers have real-time protection, full compliance, and unmatched scalability.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the fire protection market
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and partners
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
• Present and demonstrate our fire protection solutions to potential customers
• Negotiate and close sales contracts to achieve revenue targets

The annual base salary or/ hourly pay range for this position is $95,700 - $125,000.Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but notlimited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's workexperience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and businessconsiderations.

This position is incentive plan eligible.
