Join the industry leader to design the next generation of breakthroughs You will support the EPU product line PAC (Product Action Council)through cross-functional collaboration and execute daily commercial operations,aligned to the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) with minimal supervision andoversight.
Key Responsibilities - Support the General Manager for the EPU business – by ensuring all functions and organizations are aligned and working to clear objectives.
- Contribute to product line revenue growth and profitability, product cost and pricing optimization, customer & market segmentations, RDE investments, Reliability (SRD) upgrades, and development of aftermarket channel strategies and value propositions.
- Support Risk Share and Investment Partnership activities on key Power Systems development programs.
- Work closely with other Aftermarket Leaders in the CBT’s and across the E&PS business to execute a cohesive aftermarket strategy, including channel management, RMU upgrades, MSP optimization, pricing and provisioning.
- Coordinate with ISC/Sourcing and the Alliance Partner in support of supplier negotiations and performance management for delivery, quality, cost, inventory, and reliability, including supporting structured transition management.
- Integrate with the daily operating system at Denso operations and lead initiatives to further the performance of the
- Alliance aligned with the overall PAC’s key strategies.
- Create and drive a more robust operating system with the Alliance that focuses on Core EPU technical maturation and development, bringing the product to market aligned to the business and financial plan.
- Support the General Manager for the EPU business in executing the Core NRE programs and maintaining the “Pick the
- Winner” opportunities list, working with the CBTs.
- Support Z21 Discovery projects for emerging NPI and BTI opportunities and support ideation sessions to grow the NPI/BTI pipeline.
- Along with the strategic partner, support building relationships with key customers, ensuring we are tightly linked to their goals, timelines, priorities, and needs
- Work closely with Strategic marketing and UAM/UAS teams to continuously evaluate the ever-changing landscape in this nascent industry including OEMs, competition, regulatory environment, technology advancements, infrastructure support, and likely winners.
- Track and report on alliance programs, budget and spend (forecast and actuals)
Must have: - Directly related experience in the Aerospace industry. In addition, Automotive experience would be relevant.
- Additional experience in engineering, manufacturing, business management, or program/project management.
- 8 years engineering, business, supply chain or program management experience
- Both Japanese and English language proficiency at a business working level.
Nice to Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Sciences, Marketing, Business Development Preferred
- Strong knowledge of aerospace aftermarket and aftermarket principles is a plus
- Experience across multiple programs, products, and customers
- Project management skills, managing matrixed teams and maintaining/driving schedule plans and metrics
- Effective communication skills, verbal and written with experience in presentations to management
- Six Sigma Greenbelt, Lean Certification or Program Management (PMP) certification a plus
- Ability to collaborate with broad organizations and functions to execute product plans and strategies
- Analytical skills and developing financial acumen - ability to think strategically, scope tasks and set goals

- Customer and/or supplier liaisonor JV related experience
- Experience in Electric Power or Turbine Engine technical offerings
