Job Description- Identifies and manages risks associated with products or services that are essential to the bank with the goal of mitigating risk, improving vendor performance, and compliance with applicable regulations. Focused engagement population of critical engagements and third parties.
- Regularly interfaces with critical vendors and organizational staff to interpret needs and provide accurate specifications and risk mitigation solutions for complex services. Regularly identifies opportunities and leads projects to enhance and increase efficiencies in the program, where applicable. Manages risk associated with a product or service with the goal of improving vendor and overall program performance and compliance with applicable regulations.
- Leads the review of new and existing contract assignments for compliance with applicable regulations for critical engagements and third parties.
- Consults with vendors to remediate risks identified in assessment process. Recommends, initiates and/or drives improvement opportunities on complex engagements and critical third parties.
- Responsible for the creation of training documentation, risk specialist process documents, reports and required documents for management review.
