Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in sales, business development, advertising, account management, marketing, or consulting, or 3 years of experience with an advanced degree.
Experience working with advertisers, agencies, and clients.
Ability to communicate in Norwegian and English fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
Preferred qualifications:
Master’s degree in a business related field.
Experience launching and managing paid digital advertising campaigns in Google Ads and other digital marketing platforms.
Experience strategically assessing and achieving client success via sales techniques, including effective questioning, objection managing, and competitive selling.
Demonstrated ability to build compelling narratives and utilize storytelling as a client engagement strategy.
