- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience in an HRBP role, employee relations role or equivalent experience as an employment attorney practicing employment law, workplace investigator or similar role with experience in interpreting policies and applying legal advice.
- Experience consulting directly with employees and management.
Preferred qualifications:
- JD degree with a focus on employment law.
- Experience advising on a wide range of employee relations issues, including reorganizations and performance issues.
- Ability to establish strong cross-functional relationships at all levels and geographies.
- Ability to convey opinions and recommendations.
- Excellent investigation interview techniques, communication, problem-solving, influencing and writing skills, with the ability to organize and analyze data.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage global projects.
