Reviews Commercial credit application packages for adherence to credit policy and determination of appropriate due diligence necessary to ensure proper collateral position

Job Responsibilities:

• Reviews Commercial credit application packages for adherence to credit policy and determination of appropriate due diligence necessary to ensure proper collateral position
• Reviews approval to identify all the necessary requirements for post approval setup
• Reviews the following: , business entity and organizational documents to include trust agreements, good standing of business entities, and UCC searches, as required.
• Coordinates documentation and loan closings with Business Relationship Manager (BRM).
• Prepares the custom loan and compliance documentation necessary to protect the bank's interest, as necessary

Required qualifications, skills and capabilities:

• 1 year Commercial loan experience
• Basic knowledge of loan documentation, & perfection of collateral, laws and regulations affecting appropriate due diligence
• Basic business process and procedure knowledge
• Able to act independently in a high volume environment.
• Excellent attention to detail, communication skills
• College degree or equivalent work experience
