As a Loan Origination Specialist IV within the Dealer Services team, you will be instrumental in providing wholesale financial solutions to Automobile Dealers across the United States. Our team, a recognized leader in wholesale financial solutions, is composed of six functional units: Client Service & Market Readiness, Floor Plan Audit, Floor Plan Operations, Loan Documentation, Loan Set-Up & Funding, and Quality Control. Your responsibilities will include the creation of Floorplan and Commercial documentation for the Dealer Services Group.
Job Responsibilities:
- Work with Credit Coordinators, Bankers, Underwriters, Compliance, internal and external legal counsel and outside vendors to complete the request.
- Perform documentation preparation and documentation review for existing customers and new prospects based on an established criteria.
- Review and analyze the terms, conditions, and financial components in the approval documentation to create the required legal documents for loan transactions.
- Identify potential problems and offer solutions, analyze transaction type and identify, collect, review and distribute necessary due diligence items for loan closings.
- Meet service level expectations in addition to team, individual productivity and quality goals.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial loan documentation preparation
- Knowledge of risk management, collateral perfection, compliance and other related experience
