Vision
3+ years’ experience in following:
o Develop data modeling, mining, pattern analysis, and data visualization to address commercial needs investigate, recommend, and implement integration solutions to streamline the data process and ensure data consistency across systems (Oracle Salesforce, Tableau, Power Bi, Alteryx, SAP Hana, SAP BI, PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQL Data Integration, and third-party integration)
o Utilized right tools to perform Data Analysis, Data Validation, Data Cleansing, Data Verification and identifying data mismatch between CRM and Marketo systems or Oracle and SQL, Tableau or Power BI
o Organized and driven successful completion of data insight initiatives
o Partner with IT & jointly drive ODS / ERP integration into a common platform"
o Strong technology experience, preferably past delivery role
o experience with multiple technologies including but not limited to Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, PostgreSQL, Salesforce, Marketo, Oracle, SQL.
o Knowledge of data mining and data engineering principles
o Experience with data modeling complex joins across multiple data sets
o Creating complex formulas within the visualization tools
o Collaborate with business stakeholders and end-users
o Participate in setting data strategy and standards through data architecture and implementation leveraging analytics tools and technologies.
o Created new reporting solutions, introduced dashboard presentation technology merging business process rules with workforce management reporting, improving marketing workflow efficiency
o Improvement track and report progress/gaps in the lead management process
oArticulating data-driven insights to key stakeholders via visual presentation reporting and creating dashboards within salesforce, Marketo, and tableau
o Identified major Data Hygiene/Master Data Management challenges which posed substantial threats to accomplishing marketing requirement
o History of hands - on involvement in planning, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns
o Produced weekly/Biweekly and Monthly Ad Hoc reports using advanced tools in Marketo, Salesforce and Tableau.
o Conduct analyses and investigations of raw data collected by applying analytical methods from mathematics, science, and engineering to elaborate, advice and provide insight into probable effects of alternative solutions to problems.
