About This Role:
Key job responsibilities
• Design and develop highly scalable services processing millions of daily requests.
• Solve complex software challenges using state-of-the-art technology.
• Translate functional requirements into robust, scalable solutions.
• Evaluate and select appropriate software products and tools.
• Gain exposure to search, advertising, and e-commerce platform technologies.
• Collaborate with data scientists and product managers on machine learning experiments.
• Implement end-to-end solutions to improve predictive models and infrastructure.
• Establish best practices and drive improvements in design, development, and operations.
• Mentor junior engineers in design, coding, troubleshooting, and operational excellence.

- 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language
- 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience

- 3+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
- Experience programming with at least one modern language such as Java, C++, or C# including object-oriented design
- Sharp problem solving skills and ability to convert ambiguous requirements to structured solutions and actions
- Experience communicating requirements and technical designs with both technical and non-technical audience including leadership
- Experience with Amazon Web Services, Machine Learning & Advertising is a plus
