Required Shift Schedule:
- Must pick one of the following shift patterns.
- Open to flexibility due to available headcount for open shift schedules.
1. Front-Days (6:00AM - 4:30PM)
Working Days: Sunday-Monday-Tuesday-Thursday
Days Off: Wednesday, Friday, Saturday
2. Back-Days (6:00AM - 4:30PM)
Working Days: Thursday-Friday-Saturday-Tuesday
Days Off: Sunday, Monday, Wednesday
3. Front-Nights (5:00PM - 3:30AM)
Working Days: Sunday-Monday-Tuesday-Thursday
Days Off: Wednesday, Friday, Saturday
4. Back-Nights (5:00PM - 3:30AM)
Working Days: Thursday-Friday-Saturday-Tuesday Days Off: Sunday, Monday, WednesdayRequired Skills:
- Follow work instructions and safety procedures
- Assemble and test with emphasis to detail, an assortment of LRUs, electrical-mechanical assemblies, avionics, or other complex aerospace builds
- Participate in process improvements, maintain floor stock inventory
- You will independently execute and prioritize work to meet company deliverables
- Execute test procedures for component and system level testing maintenance
- Champion safety requirements in all designated zones and work locations
- Ensure lab equipment is maintained and calibrated
- Supports some preventative maintenance activities on test equipment and data acquisition systems
- Receive shipments and coordinate deliveries with recipients (Using pallet jacks, kit carts, etc)
- Your work may include contributing to improving SOPs and safety proceduresExport Control Requirement:
Candidates must be 18 years or older with the ability to understand and adhere to all job requirements and safety guidelines.
- Willing to work overtime and weekends as needed. Shift will vary, depending on program needs.
- Standing for long periods of time, climbing up and down ladders, bending, grasping, sitting, pulling, pushing, stooping, and stretching may be required to perform the functions of this position
- Able to lift-up to 25lbs. unassisted
About the team
This team is based in Redmond, WA and will require on-site availability during working hours.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• 1+ years in a high traceability manufacturing environment, or relevant trade school certification
• 1+ years using hand tools and/or precision measuring instruments (i.e., Calipers, multi-meters, torque wrenches)
• 1+ years working with test tools and test methods that adequately validate the system
• Experience reading, interpreting and working from engineering documentation and/or drawings


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Aircraft & Powerplant (A&P) certification/license
• CFOT certification or equivalent experience
• Airman or Avionic certification or equivalent experience
• ASE certification or equivalent experience
• Experience in fast-paced production environment with flight hardware
• Experience working with FOD, ESD sensitive hardware and clean room requirements
• Experience working with Electro-Mechanical Assembly, Final Integration, Fiber Optics/Optical and/or Harness Integration
• Ability to rapidly change roles/responsibilities while working in a high-paced, challenging work environment
