As an HR Site Leader here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for overseeing HR operations and providing strategic HR support to our site in Greer, South Carolina. You will play a key role in driving HR initiatives, ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations, and fostering a positive employee experience at the site. You will report directly to our Regional HR Director, GA & SC and matrix into the Georgia Multi-Site HR Manager. You'll work out of our Greer, South Carolina location onsite 5 days a week. In this role, you will impact Honeywell by effectively managing HR operations, implementing HR programs, and supporting the development and engagement of our employees. • Oversee HR operations for the Greer, South Carolina site
• Provide strategic HR support to site leaders and employees
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations
• Drive employee engagement and development initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement HR programs and initiatives
• Partner with the AERO ISC HR Director on strategic initiatives within the AEOC network.

• 5+ years of experience in HR management or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field
• Experience in site HR leadership
• SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification
