QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum education and experience required: Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or related field of study plus 7 years of experience in the job offered or as a Software Engineer, Software Developer, Analyst (IT), IT Project Manager, or related occupation.

Skills Required: This position requires experience with the following: Design and implementation of Reliability, Scalability, Performance, Security, and Enterprise system architecture; Toil reduction, SLO, SLI, SLA Principles and Automation; Python; Java; Spring Boot; Microservices; .Net; Shell Scripting; Ansible, PL-SQL Queries; managing and supporting Cloud based applications in AWS and Azure; observability including White and Black box monitoring; SLO alerting; telemetry collection using Grafana, Dynatrace, Prometheus, Datadog, and Splunk; CICD tools; Jenkins; GitLab; Container orchestration; ECS; Kubernetes; Docker.

Job Location: 880 Powder Mill Road, Wilmington, DE 19803. This position requires up to 20% domestic travel to client sites.
