About the Role:

This PM will be responsible for enabling delivery across Netflix’s ad ecosystem and working with a team of product managers across Netflix Ads to:

  • Define and work with cross-functional product and engineering teams to define our ad format library and video playback for ad delivery technologies. The technology solutions under this charter require leadership skills, strong technical expertise, strategic thinking, and the ability to effectively partner across Netflix as well as externally, with the ability to manage high-impact solutions.

  • Prioritize the product roadmap, managing near-term product delivery while formulating a long-term product strategy.

  • Partner with engineering and design teams to launch new and innovative ad products that deepen Netflix’s foothold in the digital video ecosystem and deliver new ads-enabled inventory offerings to Netflix members.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in sales, ad operations, marketing, strategy, policy, finance, and legal to bring products to market and increase adoption.

We’re seeking a candidate who has:
  • 6+ years of Product Management experience with a proven record of successfully launching and scaling platforms

  • Delivered a roadmap and executed on strategic initiatives related to SSAI, ad serving, and content metadata

  • Strong domain expertise in video ad insertion technologies used in linear TV, digital video ads standards (i.e. VAST, Open Measurement), and programmatic protocols (i.e. OpenRTB)

  • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data sets and derive actionable insights to drive product decisions.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.

  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Has experience collaborating with Insights, Design, Engineering, Data Science, and other Product Teams.

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment, with a strong ability to adapt to new challenges and opportunities.

Generally, our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $240,000 - $725,000.
