As the Manager of the Risk Management team, you will:
• Drive overall simplification and automation to the team’s day-to-day work
• Have a holistic overview and understanding of all projects the Risk Management team is working on.
• Serve as the primary focal and escalation point for team members on a day-to-day basis.
• Oversee the implementation of the team’s squad structure and help to evolve as needed.
• Work with the MCC Ethics & Compliance leader to identify areas for process improvements and automation.
• Provide audit support in preparation for an audit as well as on-going assistance with the audit such as reviewing data sheets prior to submission to audit.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as Legal and Finance Business Controls, so that our efforts are aligned with their requirements and guidelines.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in risk management and influence direction of the team’s mission and efforts accordingly.
• Support communications and enablement for our MCC team to ensure that they understand risk management principles and best practices.

Salary starts at 4800 EUR per month based on relevant experience.
