Key job responsibilities
Include, but are not limited to:- Support Sales Pipeline Management activities to develop actionable insights focusing on building models that tie Sales activity to AWS Revenue Realization
- Develop new ways to define and measure programs effectiveness and organizational productivity
- Define the key sales support systems/processes required to meet the rapid growth of the business and achieve revenue attainment and market development objectives
- Develop relationships and processes with sales, support, marketing, partner, finance, HR, sales operations, and other stakeholders to identify and address reporting requirements and develop new business insights.
- Identify reporting issues, gaps in processes, and drive timely resolution
- Support ad hoc analysis & participate on projects as needed
- Be an expert in analytics tools required to support the team

About Sales, Marketing and Global Services (SMGS)

- 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (i.e. SQL, MSAccess, Tableau, Essbase or Cognos)
- Experience programming to extract, transform and clean large (multi-TB) data sets
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams in delivery of major new products or services, as well as owning technology products which includes managing feature delivery and the tradeoffs of a product
