Required/Minimum Qualifications:10+ years product marketing, strategy, business planning, sales enablement, business development, technical pre-sales, or related work experience. Deep understanding of our developer tools as well as the professional developer audience.

• Additional or Preferred Qualifications:12+ years marketing strategy, business planning, sales enablement, business development, technical pre-sales, or related work experience AND Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field
  • OR equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years experience managing and expanding a product/solution portfolio and driving demand generation and pipeline acceleration within a complex (e.g., multinational or matrixed) organization.
  • 8+ years people management experience.

• Drive Business Performance: Partner with Engineering and HQ teams to drive the Americas GTM for our developer tools. Identify growth opportunities in the market and build clear execution plans that deliver tangible business impact to Microsoft and our customers.
