In this position...

The MPG Unit Leader works full time at the Michigan Proving Grounds (MPG) in Romeo (Department T630). The Unit Leader is responsible for providing leadership and balancing work assignments for all MPG facility and operations units. The Unit Leader will be responsible for shift to shift communication and coordination of resources and assignments. They will be expected to work with local employees (represented and non-represented Ford personnel, as well as non-Ford personnel) and communicate with engineering, management, operations, ground maintenance and skilled trades. The Unit Leader supports various shifts at Michigan Proving Ground and requires both shift and scheduling flexibility.
