Key Responsibilities- As an Electrical Engineer, you will provide technical engineering expertise and guidance to ensure the successful production and quality of electrical systems and critical components for complex, high precision electro-mechanical aerospace sensors
- Support electro-mechanical device mfg. process development (i.e. Flux Valves, Synchro’s, RVDT’s, LVDT’s).
- Drive technical solutions, idea generation and detailed drawing interpretation.
- Test, troubleshoot andvalidate electrical systems and components
- Workwith cross-functional teams to implement electrical engineering strategies andbest practices in manufacturing operations
- Maintain and develop work instructions and assembly fixtures.
- Perform failure analysis and Root Cause Corrective Actions
YOU MUST HAVE- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics
- 4-5+ yearsof experience in electrical engineering, hardware, and related
- At the Engineer II level, 2+ years of related experience
WE VALUE- Strongknowledge of Electrical engineering strategies and best practices
- Experiencein the aerospace industry is of value but not required
- Experience with advanced electrical & magnetic engineering theories and methodologies
- Experience with oscilloscopes, Digital Multi Meters and power supplies.
- Software programming and digital signal processing knowledge.
- Capability to apply broad knowledge of one professional discipline or advanced knowledge of specific technical/operational practices
- Proven track record of successfully assisting the development and manufacturing process of complex electrical components
