Your Role and Responsibilities
As BMS/DCIM Engineer , you are responsible for Monitoring and control for BMS/DCIM technical support to meet Service Level Agreements (SLA) and process compliance. You will perform business impact analysis and risk assessments to reduce the service outage or disasters.
Responsibilities:
- To Work in 24×7 Shift at client site.
- To Coordinate with multiple domain owners for technical resolution.
- Responsible for BMS/DCIM Operation and BMS/DCIM report generation.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- More than 3 years of experience in Integrated Building management system.
- Working knowledge about Daily/Weekly & Monthly reporting dashboard.
- BMS/DCIM Proactive maintenance and
- SLA management.
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- Polytechnic Diploma in Electronics/Electrical/Instrumentation.
