People Advisory Services – EMS

EMS offers the ease of managing clients (also referred to as Engagements within EY) in the following manner:

• Providing Operations management support on complex regulatory affairs across multiple jurisdiction.
• Managing the end to end Engagement lifecycle management process and reporting standards.
• Providing project management support and controlling the cost of managing compliance across various regions/countries.
• Responsible for ensuring smooth delivery as per agreed SLA’s.

Specific activities

Execution of the full scope of activities associated with the Assignee Life Cycle including but not restricted to:

• Client initiations, meeting coordination and communications
• Organizing annual EY site visits or country calls etc.
• Document collection and review
• Billing
• Writing internal & external communications
• Ensure adherence to EY’s risk management protocols
• Deliver on accuracy, attention to detail and timeliness in tasks
• Own accountability for performance and quality metrics; SLA/KPI reports, client reporting, escalations, utilisation and performance metrics
• Identify opportunities to improve quality, business performance and process efficiency.
• Contribute to ad hoc projects, including research, project management and data collection activities as required.

Requirements

• Advanced students or graduates in Business Administration, Commerce, Project management professionals will be preferred.
• Fluent in English (The position requires to speak English daily).
• No previous experience needed but it is considered an added advantage.

Candidates must demonstrate:

• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Excellent analytical skills, and attention to detail
• Exposure to quality control and risk management processes
• Ability to manage high volume in a high-pressure environment
• Proven administrative and organizational skills

Skills and attributes to qualify for the role

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management or Economics (Preferred)
• Willingness to learn and adapt to change and operational tools
