This role is for a senior leader in Kuiper who will be managing multiple teams and be responsible for driving roadmap, requirements and technical design across embedded SW components. You will work with your customers, partners to refine requirements, understand constraints, hiring & growing your team and iteratively delivering value to our customers.
Key job responsibilities- Aid in the design of mission critical systems in Project Kuiper.Export Control Requirement: Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e., current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum

- 10+ years of planning, designing, developing and delivering consumer software experience
- 10+ years of people management, managing engineers experience
- Knowledge of engineering practices and patterns for the full software/hardware/networks development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, certification, and livesite operations
- Knowledge of Unix/Linux, C++ or Java, object-oriented and service- oriented Architecture

- 12+ years of people management, managing engineers experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related technical field
- Experience in Semiconductor, Consumer Electronics, Aerospace or Automotive Industries
