- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program management.
- Experience with human research studies (e.g., clinical trials, observational studies, experimental studies, epidemiological studies, etc.).
- Experience in software development projects.
Preferred qualifications:
- 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience in human research studies management at a technology company, consultancy, or other in-house setting, with a track record of managing complex, ambiguous programs.
- Experience in overseeing, conducting, and training others on scientific protocols.
- Experience sourcing and managing 3P vendors for research studies.
- Experience in consumer hardware, apps, and services.
