Within Intel Foundry TD, our Logic Technology Development (LTD) organization is at the forefront of creating and refining each process technology node, paving the way for tomorrow's computing solutions.About the Role: As an LTD Yield Development Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in advancing our technology. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:Conducting detailed yield analysis on key process experiments.
- Analyzing new process technologies in depth.
- Collaborating with Foundry TD partners in Hillsboro, Oregon, to address critical yield issues.
- Summarizing and presenting analysis for various projects to the yield management team.
- Identifying root causes of systematic yield issues and proposing timely mitigation plans to meet production yield targets.
- Utilizing statistical analysis tools to provide data-driven leadership and insights from fab process, defect, and electrical data to meet Intel's yield objectives.
- Organizing and presenting analysis concisely to yield teams, driving process development as a cohesive yield group for a technology node.

Minimum Qualifications: Candidates must possess one of the following:
- M.S. in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Material Science, or Computer Science and 2 years of experience in semiconductor field Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with data analysis systems and software tools.
- Expertise in semiconductor physics.
- Expertise in semiconductor processing.
- Demonstrated experience with Statistical Process Control (SPC) or Design of Experiments (DOE) principles.
