Your impact
Our Senior Proposal Coordinators are responsible for the following general activities:
- Lead the coordination and preparation of proposals of all sizes, working directly with technical staff; may support large, strategic pursuits, working under the guidance of senior Sales staff
- Support planning and development of small to mid-sized presentations and interviews
- Coordinate/provide direction to graphic designers, publishing technicians, editors, reprographics specialists, and other support staff, independently coordinate with and collect information from teaming partners and subconsultants
- Prepare and ensure compliant and timely proposal deliverables by managing self and proposal team, and meeting client requirements
- Thoroughly understands and applies knowledge of Jacobs identity standards, structure, organization, business approach, and sales process
- Employ and populate/update (as appropriate) business development-related tools and databases
Here's what you'll need
- Bachelor's degree preferably in a business, marketing, communication, technical, or other related field
- At least four (4) years of experience in proposal management/coordination in the A/E/CM markets
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe
Ideally, you’ll also have:
- Proposal coordination experience in the built environment (cities and places)
- Experience with public RFPs requiring SF330 submissions
- Ability to work successfully with others in multiple disciplines and in international locations/varied time zones
