This position specifically is part of the WWSO Startup team, where you will lead a team of Solution Architects that helps Startups adopt AWS’ Compute, Generative AI, Database, Storage, and Containers technologies, among others.You will:

- Bachelor's degree
- 10+ years technical development, design, and implementation.
- 7+ years’ experience leading high-performance teams in a matrixed organization.
- 7+ years management of technical, customer-facing resources.
- 7+ years of experience with at least two of the following technology categories: Compute, Containers, Analytics, Database, AI/ML, Storage.

- Startup background and experience at a VC or PE-backed firm in a Technical Executive capacity.
- Familiarity with open-source software used by Startups and working knowledge of software development tools and methodologies common to Startups.
- Strong data-based storytelling skills with a high degree of comfort speaking with Startup executives and developers.
- Cloud expertise as demonstrated by one or more cloud certifications.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly.
- Advanced degree highly preferred.
