- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in program management.
- 5 years of experience in large-scale distributed system design and architecture with the ability to define technical specifications for robust, scalable, and available infrastructure solutions.
- 5 years of experience in applying data analysis techniques to diagnose system issues, model future state scenarios, and identify areas for cost optimization.
- 5 years of software development experience including the ability to read and understand code and make configuration changes.
Preferred qualifications:
- 8 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience with capacity management and capacity planning methodologies, including familiarity with large-scale data warehousing or data marts solutions.
- Ability to conceive of, take ownership for, and drive complex projects to completion without continuous direction.
- Outstanding organizational, prioritization, and multitasking skills supported by excellent oral/written communication and analytical capabilities.
- Exceptional influencing, teaming, and collaboration skills to deliver solutions in a highly complex and rapidly changing organizational environment.
