As a Life Insurance Case Management Specialist you will focus on end to end support for conversion of life insurance applications and will require the person to deal with multiple responsibilities including but not limited to – supporting advisors to fast track application submissions, monitoring and analysis of pending cases, communicating with carriers and BGA, serving as a point of contact for any issues with client onboarding into JP Morgan platform etc. The person will also be responsible for managing cross functional collaborations, driving any strategic initiatives for the project, continuous improvement of the process by identifying efficiency levers like automation.
• Lead case submission for Life Insurance applications for clients
• Assist with the collection of client data and completion of required forms for informal cases and formal applications/forms
• Monitor the status of pending cases; following up with back-office partners and carriers, as needed
• Submitting application packets through Operations and Central Supervision Review
• Produce and request product quotes and illustrations
• Serve as a point of escalation for remediation of outstanding items needed to support in-flight business
• Analyze and leverage business data to support the growth of the business and produce reporting
• Managing cross functional collaborations
• Leading any key strategic initiatives within the function
• Identifying and implementing any process efficiency levers like automation
• MBA with 3-5 years of experience
• Fundamental knowledge & understanding of the US Life Insurance industry
• Proven expertise in working under SLA driven environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Must have Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel skills
• Organizational and time management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proven ability to work independently while competently handling multiple responsibilities, with a high degree of accuracy, in a high pressure environment
• High attention to details with an ability to being a dynamic member of the team
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to thrive on a global team, with the ability to present logically, precisely and in a simple manner, complex and technical issues.
