J.P. Morgan Wealth Management serves clients across the entire wealth spectrum. It includes the Private Bank and J.P. Morgan Securities, which serve high net worth and ultra-high net worth clients, and Chase Wealth Management, serving mass affluent and affluent clients.
Job Responsibilities:
- Support insurance referral activities including ongoing case management and tracking, coordination with external insurance brokers and internal parties such as advisors and finance on successful case tracking and reconciliation;
- Coordinate broker management and documentation reviews
- Support and coordinate appropriate risk and control governance framework for insurance referral activities including procedure and control governance forum review and presentations;
- Partner closely with team and leverage data and analytics capabilities to maintain records and management reporting of insurance referral activities on timely basis
- Coordinate with external insurance brokers or internal parties to provide internal insurance referral related communication and trainings; and
- Support and complete insurance referral and wealth planning related projects as needed
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- 3+ years of industry experience with postgraduate/graduate Degree preferred
- Extremely organized and delivery focused with the ability to work independently and balance multiple priorities, while remaining focused on accuracy and attention to detail
- Highly disciplined individual, self-motivated, fast learner, performs well under pressure in dynamic environment
- Proficiency with data analysis
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to thrive on a global team, with the ability to present logically, precisely and in a simple manner, complex and technical issues
- Basic knowledge & understanding of Asia Life Insurance industry
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- MBA with 2-4 years of experience
- Proven ability to work independently while competently handling multiple responsibilities, with a high degree of accuracy, in a high pressure environment
- High attention to detail
- Broad understanding of JPMorgan Asset Management, and Global Wealth Management specifically
- Experience using Microsoft Office, including Excel & PowerPoint
- Superior multi-tasking and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills and poise giving presentations, especially to senior management
- Demonstrated aptitude for sales support and client relationship management
- The ability to be a dynamic member of a team
- Strong initiative, energy and confidence completing projects with limited supervision
