Here's what you'll need
- At least a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Ability to work as a collaborative member of a strong HR team
- Results oriented, focused human resource professional
- Keen desire to learn and grow within the Company
- Superior code of conduct surrounding maintenance of strict confidentiality of client, company and personnel information
- Possess strong judgment and a bias for action
- Proficient in using Microsoft office programs (e.g. MS Work, PowerPoint, Excel) and Outlook
- Demonstrates aptitude and savvy in learning new programs and using new technology
- Demonstrates a strong commitment to the mission and values of the organization
- Project and time management skills.
Ideally, you’ll also have:
- A Master’s degree
- At least one year of demonstrated HR exposure
