Global Sales Strategy & Large Scale opportunity management:Build and execute an education sales strategy that aligns with organisational goals.Develop structured sales processes for new markets and large-scale opportunities.Identify and standardise regional best practices to create a globally consistent framework.Support field teams with clear strategies for education sales execution.Escalation & Resourcing for Market ChallengesMonitor and track key issues emerging from large-scale opportunities that require WW or regional escalation.Secure resourcing and internal support to unlock market challenges and enable growth.Sales Cadence & Deal Execution:Define and manage a regular cadence for large-scale opportunities with a particular focus on emerging markets, ensuring alignment with key stakeholders from across the business (Finance, Ops, Services etc.).Track and document key learnings, best practices, and recommendations for major opportunities.Create tools to manage, document, and communicate key requirements for high-impact deals.Lead and drive escalation processes to ensure resolution of blockers in multiple markets.
  • Experience in education sales business strategy, with a strong understanding of education markets.
  • Proven ability to drive process change and adoption in one or more markets.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, including the ability to advocate for resourcing.
  • Ability to lead sales cadences across the education sales business, involving cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in tracking, analysing, and optimising sales processes to improve outcomes.
  • University degree or equivalent experience
