Responsibilities:
- Champion Hardware Verification Excellence: Lead the alignment and modernization of hardware verification methodologies, flows, and ways of working across Arm engineering.
- Drive AI-Driven Transformation: Architect and lead high-value initiatives for AI-augmented hardware verification—including the adoption of emerging technologies such as AI agents—to maximize productivity, product quality, and innovation. (Direct AI/ML expertise is a plus, but not required.)
- Shape Long-Term Strategy: Define the roadmap from current use cases to agentic-AI, driving the adoption of cutting-edge techniques and tools in hardware verification.
- Lead Change Across Arm: Influence and unite hardware verification leaders across teams, fostering knowledge sharing, best practice adoption, and cross-team collaboration.
- Engage with Industry: Partner with leading EDA and AI solution providers, stay at the forefront of industry best practices in hardware verification, and represent Arm in external forums and consortia.
- Mentor and Inspire: Drive technical talks, mentor engineers, and develop and champion best practices in hardware verification to foster a culture of learning, rigor, and innovation.
- Deliver Impact: Own the delivery of transformational hardware verification initiatives, ensuring measurable improvement in quality, speed, and efficiency.
Required Skills and Experience:
- BS, MS, or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Deep technical credibility and a strong track record in driving hardware verification innovation at scale.
- Broad and deep expertise in hardware verification (methodologies, flows, standards, and tools).
- Experience contributing to or leading change initiatives in verification methodologies, with a demonstrated ability to influence teams and drive improvements.
- Ability to set technical direction and inspire teams, with a collaborative and inclusive approach.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for mentoring, coaching, and knowledge sharing.
- Well-networked in the industry, with awareness of state-of-the-art hardware verification technologies and best practices.

- Experience with AI/ML applications in hardware verification.
- Industry thought leadership (conference presentations, published papers, standards body participation).

Salary Range:$297,600-$402,600 per year
