- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of technical program management work experience.
- 5 years of experience in leadership role(s) with/without direct reports.
- 4 years of experience managing projects.
Preferred qualifications:
- 7 years of experience in communications or strategy
- Experience with roadmap planning, dependency management, and risks mitigation against OKRs and portfolio priorities
- Ability to provide guidance and feedback to improve team operations and execution
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills with the ability to interact with technical and non-technical groups
- Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and organizational skills
