Integral Project Manager
Job DescriptionAs an Integral Project Manager for Hospital patient Monitoring, you will manage product development initiatives for the MR Imaging Patient Care Project Portfolio.
Your role:
- Leading cross functional, cross organizational design change projects that deliver solutions to the market. Creating and owning the project plan that defines the time, budget, resources, and scope of the project, in compliance with the Philips Product Realization Process.
- Supervising the project activities of Philips development teams and 3rd party organizations and working closely with cross functional teams to oversee the project schedule, budget, and scope.
- Delivering plans at the start of every project, with status reports and progress over the duration of the project lifecycle, including all the elements necessary to deliver the solution to the markets at the end of the project.
- Interfacing with cross-functional teams (e.g. PMO, Q&R, R&D, Supply Chain, Marketing, etc.) to drive project/program priorities and resource allocations, while tracking schedules, risks, issues, and mitigation plans.
- Planning, holding, and resolving issues from formal reviews of both project/program planning and development content, to assure both the goals and the execution of the projects/programs meet expectations.
- Lead project/program presentations at stage gate reviews and regularly reporting out to senior management using standard reporting tools and frameworks.
You're the right fit if:
- You’ve acquired 5+ years of experience in Product Development or R&D Project Management, preferably medical device (FDA) and you have knowledge in critical path methodology and/or critical chain methodology.
- Your skills include:
- Robust knowledge of design controls and risk management standards
- Strong experience in the creation of project plans, budgets, and schedules
- Extensive experience leading cross-functional Product Development Project teams
- You have a bachelor’s degree (required) in an Engineering discipline (preferred). Philips Project Management Certification or Project Management Practitioner Certification (highly preferred).
- You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this .
- You’re an excellent communicator, both written and verbal.

The pay range for this position in Orlando, FL is $92,000 to $158,000.
