About the Role

The fundamental goal of Product Operations is to maximize products on a global scale. Product Operations works closely with cross-functional partners to surface needs, prioritize, test, launch, and iterate on products. This role is focused on the product suite that supports AI products on a global level. With a diverse user base globally, our goal is to help launch and iterate support and AI products that fit seamlessly into our users lives

What You Will Do

  • Develop and launch AI products for Uber Eats Support
  • Define the go-to-market plans and processes to operationalize our product strategy as an individual contributor on a highly-effective product team
  • Lead a community of strategic leaders to encourage meaningful impact to the business
  • Drive continuous improvement to the engagement models between product, engineering and business stakeholders teams
  • Ensure functional partners are aligned on key objectives for the program/product
  • Advise product teams on the global feasibility of products throughout the product life cycle
  • Develop an end-to-end product rollout plan, and project-manage implementation
  • Collaborate with key partners (legal, tax, policy, support etc) to prepare the product for launch and drive maximum impact
  • Track core business metrics related to the product
  • Identify key problem areas and/or geographies impacted by the product post-launch
  • Create playbooks, trainings, and supporting documentation for product features
  • Work with engineering teams to define test cases, lead bug bashes and enable smooth launches

Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in Program / Product Management, operations, business consulting, finance or have worked in a similar analytical role
  • Experience with generating insights from large data sets
  • Large-scale, global project / program management experience
  • Ability to work cross functionally with global stakeholders & teams
  • Ability to use data to inform, influence, and support critical decisions
  • Experience leading projects end to end and ability to build out new strategies
  • Bachelors Degree Obtained

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience working on global projects, or in an international setting
  • Strong communication skills, ability to lead meetings daily
  • User or market research experience
  • A desire to learn, highly motivated self-starter, with an eagerness to learn and grow
  • Ability to foster collaboration and facilitate teamwork
  • Effective prioritization and documentation experience
  • JIRA, Tableau and SQL proficiency
  • 1+ year experience working on GenAI projects
  • Data Analytics experience
  • MBA or equivalent work experience

For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$129,000 per year - USD$143,000 per year.
