- Leading key sales initiatives and cross-functional teams to drive Public Sector growth in Romania, aligning with MEA-TRC and EMEA strategies.
- Driving transformation through account planning, value-based selling, and exceeding booking targets while optimizing OPEX and demonstrating market insights.
- Implementing Cisco's vision for Public Sector customers, adapting to market trends, and encouraging collaboration across teams and regions.
- Inspiring teams, developing talent, and promoting innovation to contribute to Cisco’s long-term success.

Minimum Requirements- 7+ years of extensive experience in technology sales
