Required Qualifications

• Education: Abachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or related field OR equivalent experience.

• trongexpertiseinqualification and testing, hardware development lifecycle

• Experience working with internal customers and external vendors

Preferred Qualifications:

• running hardware qualification operations with focus on sustaining qualification

• present to anddrive consensus with senior leaders

• operatinga service for internal customers includingticketing systems,SLAs, escalations

• Strong senseof accountability and ownership, and excellent problem-solving skills

• Experience withtest automation,inventory, change procedures, data center operations, and security best practices

• Act as theprogram manager forSustaining Qualification teamfocusing on Chassis Manager and Rack Manager
• Develop processesand procedures to execute sustaining qual withhigh standardsof service
• Build knowledge and train team members on firmware and hardware sustaining engineering
• Automation engineering:collaboratecross-functionallyto help implementend-to-end automation frameworks to streamlinequalificationforecasting,intake, setup, execution, and signoff
• Quality as a Service:Maintainand improve operational KPI metrics providingvisibilityintooperations, gaps, and opportunities for optimization
