Day to Day Responsibilities?

Routing and escalation of technical issues within the support organization

Maintain ownership of technical issue through closure

Manage issue resolution against identified service level goals

Contribute to knowledge management of technical issues for easy re-use

Other activities may be assigned, depending on organizational and/or business requirements

You must have substantial Air Transport and Regional (ATR) experience, and knowledge

You will have a degree or strong proven experience in avionics/aviation/aerospace

You will have a sound and proven practical background within avionic electronic systems

You must have previous and considerable experience within the maintenance and troubleshooting or avionic, and aviation

You will ideally have SATCOM knowledge, but this is not essential
