Technical Support Helpdesk. You will support focus onaccuracy, timely feedback, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Responsible for delivering day-to-day remote service operations under the supervision of the HBOC service supervisors.
Responsible to deliver 24/7/365 Fixed Night Shift - Alarm Monitoring, Online/ Telephone support, Remote Adjustment and Fault Finding with Resolutions.
The role will deliver remote preventative maintenance tasks based on the schedule and corrective maintenance.
Responsible to deliver day to day task defined as part of skill matrix including goals.
This role requires 5-7 years of experience in the specific domain or any automation industry. Facilitate issue identification and analysis.
Investigate and resolve technical issues.
Track requests resolution.
Provide technical training. Test products & software.
Develop and share knowledge. HBS Productivity Tools.
