Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience in the retail/merchandising space.
Experience working with or within national retailers, vendors, and brands.
Preferred qualifications:
Knowledge of discounting, circulars, and in store end cap signage.
Strong knowledge of marketing strategies used by merchants to drive category sales growth and market share.
Ability to build/execute a go-to-market strategy with clear KPIs and milestones, including understanding of how to align cross-functional resources to a common goal.
Ability to analyze data, understand the core measurement strategies for merchandising teams, and derive actionable insights.
Excellent communication and people skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams, focusing on educating merchants and vendors to drive action.
