Own and manage interview scheduling to support the recruitment team efforts and coordination across multiple time zones
Source and engage with top talent via LinkedIn, job boards, and other sourcing platforms
Support full-cycle recruitment processes including screening, coordinating interviews, and managing candidate experience
You'll work closely with experienced recruiters and hiring managers and develop skills in sourcing, coordination, and candidate management
Greet candidates for onsite interviews
Qualifications
1–2 years of experience in recruiting coordination, sourcing, or HR-related roles (internships or part-time work count!)
Passion for recruiting, people, and delivering a great candidate experience
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with global teams
A proactive mindset with a “can-do” attitude and willingness to learn and grow
The base salary range for this position is $70,000-$85,000. This range is applicable to candidates who will perform the job either wholly, or in part, within New York City.
