This position is primarily based in a PNC location in Pittsburgh, PA or Cleveland, OH. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. Some responsibilities may be performed remotely, at manager’s discretion.Specific Job Functions to Include:
• Assist in the planning and execution of marketing projects, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with internal teams (inclusive of legal and compliance) and external vendors to facilitate smooth project execution.
• Track project progress, manage timelines, and update project documentation and stakeholders at key milestones.
• Support the creation and distribution of marketing materials across various channels, including print, digital, in-venue signage, and radio.
• Facilitate distribution of quarterly measurement and reporting summaries in conjunction with Regional Communications and Regional Marketing Leads.
• Provide administrative support for the marketing team as needed.
• Support the activation of hyperlocal executive social media presence.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Possesses a genuine passion for marketing, a curiosity for industry trends, and an understanding of local market dynamics and appreciation for local cultural nuances.

Experience & Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field Basic understanding of marketing principles and practices

Job Description- Under direct supervision, assists in the coordination of basic marketing program execution.
- Develops a strong understanding of existing marketing strategies and ability to implement established programs/initiatives.
- Assists in the coordination and execution of marketing programs/initiatives, strategies and activities that may include advertising, sales content and internal communications. Assists in data collection and synthesis in order to identify trends.
- Ensures all operating activities are delivered within the established budget framework.
- Follows established processes and protocols including coordination with legal, compliance, finance, risk and other key partners. Partners with agencies, third parties and internal business partners to coordinate development and execution of programs/initiatives.
