Key job responsibilities
• Define requirements and own roadmap for the tools and processes used during product development
• Be the primary interface with the tool vendors to ensure any bugs are resolved, enhancements are implemented, etc.
• Effectively negotiate and make smart trade-offs (e.g., time vs. effort vs. features), and drive appropriate schedules.
• Provide access to internal users, set-up the workflow for new project creation, and train the internal users.
• Manage the process for scheduling training courses including creating templates for presentations and maintaining the portal.
• Coach presenters and guide them to create the right course material to ensure the content is well received by the global audience.
• Schedule and host internal training courses.
• Maintain confluence pages.

- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline.
- 5+years’ work experience in the areas of product management, leadership development, engineering or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in using data analytics tools.
- Experience collaborating with a cross-functional teams on multiple programs and priorities simultaneously.
