Sell products and services, including Desktops, Laptops, Printers, Software, Enterprise Solutions and Service contracts
Take charge of generating inbound and outbound calls, emails, and web interfaces. Concentrate on sustaining and broadening business relationships/market share with existing and new customers
Acts as the primary insides sales demand generalist and aids the field sales leader with all sales internal resources, in both strategy and executions
Essential Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or 2-5 years relevant experience
Robust understanding of Dell's technology, services, and financial products
Proficiency in collaborating and communicating with multifunctional partners
Skill in coaching team on Sales Consultatively –ability to use collaborative communication to engage clients in discussions that result in mutual values
Desirable Requirements
Mentoring team to develop relationships with customers based on extensive knowledge of Dell’s technology, products and services
Enlisting cross-functional resources, regardless of geographic location, to attain goals and fulfill customer needs
