Your key responsibilities

• Managing ongoing projects for our clients in the public sector (international and local), ensuring timely and successful delivery of projects from start to finish.

• Coordinating with clients and internal stakeholders to gather project requirements and manage project scope throughout the project lifecycle.

• Collaborating with technical teams in the design, development, and implementation of innovative and transformative solutions in alignment with the client's business objectives (from strategy to execution).

• Conducting regular project status meetings with clients, stakeholders, and project teams, ensuring that everyone is informed of project progress and any delays.

• Developing project plans, schedules, and budgets to support project delivery.

• Conducting risk assessments and developing mitigation strategies in a timely manner.

• Identifying and addressing project issues, as well as conflicts, as they arise, and proactively managing change.

• Ensuring that project management processes, tools, and resources are properly utilized and continuously improved.

• Providing sharp subject matter expertise and play a leading role in supporting one of the following field of play (not exclusive): innovative tech solutions (IA, Blockchain, RPA…), innovative financing (blended financing, impact & sustainable finance…), humanitarian response in distress contexts, supply chain, ERP transformation, programme & grant management, healthcare and transformation in public health institutions.

• Making the “data speak”: providing and leading business analysis and recommendations supported by facts and evidences to be socialized at the highest level

Skills and attributes for success

• Master degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or relevant field.

• Minimum of 5 years' experience as a consultant or project manager, preferably in the public sector (past exposure to other industries will also be considered eg. Financial services, Lifesciences, Logistics),

• Experience in coordinating and managing cross-functional teams (Prince 2, PMP, Hermes 5 certifications will be a plus).

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, particularly in collaborating with clients and stakeholders.

• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills.

• Highly impeccable attention to detail and organizational abilities.

• Ability to work autonomously or as part of a team in a fast-paced, challenging, and dynamic environment.

• Fluency in English and French is required. German would be considered an asset.
