Job DescriptionEnterprise verticals work to capture flagship and high revenue customers with an annual business turnover of £10m and above. Our Go-to-Market (GTM) function helps to shape our channel strategy, message to market and how we engage prospective businesses and partners.
Our 2-year graduate program (undergraduate) will give you the opportunity to learn all aspects of the business and you will complete three rotations of 8 months:
- Rotation 1 EnterpriseGo-to-Market (GTM)
- Rotation 2: Business Risk
- Rotation 3:Performance Enablement

Basic qualifications:
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or Masters (Business, Finance, Economics, Management, Humanities preferred but not essential) with a target completion date of May 2024
- 1 year or less industry experience (if you have more than 1 year, please review our career page)
- Understanding of financial and payments market
- Ability to start graduate program on 2 Sept 2024
