What you'll do...
What you'll do:
- Lead engineers to build quality software solutions for our Associates and Members
- Work closely with the cross-function partners to build engineering roadmaps and prioritize tasks.
- Design and develop large-scale, complex, cross-functional projects.
- Drive root cause analysis of critical business and production issues
- Ensure Software Quality Engineering by keeping the engineers up to date on best practices, automated code testing, and monitoring.
What you'll bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related areas, with 6+ years’ experience in software engineering
- Prior experience in AdTech, with focus on customer facing products (e.g., Campaign Manager, Insights Reports, etc.)
- Experience of leading complex projects and cross-functional collaborations
- Expertise in Typescript, React, Redux, NodeJS, Java, Springboot, API development, and SQL
Preferred qualifications:
- Master’s degree in engineering, with 10+ years’ experience in software engineering
- 10+ years of experience in architecting scalable & high-performing Web Applications

The annual salary range for this position is $95,000.00-$165,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
